Privacy PolicySodaslimq Privacy Policy For This SodaSlim Website
This website does not take payments and never sees a card number.
Ordering hands you to the seller's own checkout, which collects and processes payment and delivery details under its own policy. What this site collects is limited to what you type into a form here and what a server log records, and both are described in full below.
Written to be read. If something here is unclear, write to contact@Sodaslimq.com and it will be clarified on the page rather than in a reply.
What this SodaSlim website collects
| What | When | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your name and email | Only when you submit a form on this site | To answer the message you sent | Kept while the enquiry is open, then deleted on request |
| An order ID you type into the tracking form | Only when you submit that form | To pass a shipping enquiry to the order desk | Kept while the enquiry is open |
| The message you write | Only when you submit a form | Because it is the enquiry | Kept while the enquiry is open |
| Standard server log entries | On every request, as with any website | Security, and finding broken pages | Rotated on the ordinary schedule of the host |
| Card details | Never | This website has no payment system | Not applicable |
The last row is the important one. No card number, expiry or security code is entered anywhere on sodaslimq.com.
There is no account system on this website, so there is nothing to log in to and no password held anywhere. There is no newsletter sign-up, so nothing is added to a mailing list by reading a page here.
What happens at the SodaSlim checkout
Every ordering button on this site leads to a hand-off page which sends you to the seller's checkout. From that point the seller is the party collecting your details, processing your payment and arranging your delivery, under its own privacy policy rather than this one.
That division is worth understanding because it decides who can answer a question about your data. A request to delete a message you sent through a form here is a matter for this desk. A request about an order, a payment or a delivery address is a matter for the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, because those records are not held on this website.
It also means the card details you enter are never in this site's possession, at any point, in any form. That is stated in the footer of every page here for the same reason it is stated again now.
Anything about a message you sent through a form on this website: contact@Sodaslimq.com. Anything about an order, a payment or a delivery: +1 (302) 200-3480 or contact@customercs.com. The second set of records is not held here and this desk cannot act on it.
Cookies and tracking on this SodaSlim website
This site uses no advertising cookies, runs no advertising pixel and builds no profile of a visitor across other websites. Nothing on any page here is loaded in order to follow you somewhere else.
Two categories of ordinary technical request do occur. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which is a request to that service in the ordinary way a font is fetched. And the server keeps standard log entries, as every web server does, containing the sort of information a request carries: the page asked for, the time, and a browser identification string.
If the seller's checkout sets anything once you have been handed off, that is governed by the seller's policy and this desk has no visibility of it. Saying so is more useful than claiming a level of control this site does not have.
There is also no consent banner on this website, and its absence is deliberate rather than an omission. A banner exists to obtain permission for the things listed in the paragraph above as not happening here. Presenting one anyway would ask a reader to agree to tracking that does not take place, which is a worse arrangement than not asking. If that ever changes, the banner and this paragraph will change together and the review date at the foot of the page will move.
- No advertising cookies and no advertising pixels on this website.
- No cross-site profile, and no sale of anything to a data broker.
- Web fonts are fetched from Google Fonts, as on most sites.
- Ordinary server logs, rotated on the host's schedule.
- Anything set after the checkout hand-off belongs to the seller.
Your rights over data this SodaSlim desk holds
You can ask what has been kept, ask for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@Sodaslimq.com from the address you used, which is the only practical way to establish that the request is yours.
The scope of that is narrow and it is worth saying so plainly. What this desk holds is whatever you typed into a form here. It does not hold your order, your payment, your delivery address or your purchase history, so a request to delete those has to go to the order desk instead. Passing you there is not obstruction; the records genuinely are not on this side.
Children's data is not collected because this website is not for children. The product is for adults aged 18 and over, and no part of this site is written for or directed at anybody younger.
The website desk answers Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm ET and aims to deal with a data request within a working week.
Changes to this SodaSlim privacy policy
If this policy changes, the change is made on this page and the review date in the footer moves forward. There is no mailing list to notify, because this site does not run one.
Last reviewed September 2026 by Dr. Erin Victor, ND. Questions about anything on this page go to contact@Sodaslimq.com, and the answer will be added here if it is a question somebody else would also ask.
What this SodaSlim website does not do with data
A privacy policy is more useful for what it rules out than for what it describes, so this section is the negative half and it is deliberately specific rather than general.
Nothing typed into a form here is sold. There is no data broker relationship, no list rental and no arrangement under which an enquiry becomes a marketing contact somewhere else. A message sent to this desk is used to answer the message.
Nothing here builds a profile. There is no advertising pixel, no retargeting tag and no identifier written to follow a visitor across other websites. A person who reads five pages here and leaves has left nothing behind but ordinary server log entries.
And nothing here is directed at children. The product is for adults aged 18 and over, every page is written for an adult reader, and no part of this site is designed to appeal to anybody younger. Data about children is not knowingly collected and would be deleted if it were identified.
- Nothing is sold, rented or passed to a data broker.
- No advertising pixel, no retargeting and no cross-site identifier.
- No newsletter, so nothing is added to a list by reading a page.
- No account system, so no password is stored anywhere.
- Nothing directed at, or knowingly collected from, anybody under 18.
Anything about an order, a payment or a delivery address is held by the seller rather than by this website, and a request about those records goes to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480.
Where the data about a SodaSlim order actually lives
| Record | Held by | Who can act on it |
|---|---|---|
| Your name and email from a form here | This website desk | contact@Sodaslimq.com |
| Your order, order ID and purchase date | The seller's order system | +1 (302) 200-3480 or contact@customercs.com |
| Your card details | The seller's payment processor | Neither desk. This website never sees them |
| Your delivery address | The seller's order system | +1 (302) 200-3480, and only before dispatch |
| The tracking record | The carrier, via the seller | +1 (302) 200-3480 |
| Server log entries for this site | This website's host | Rotated on the host's ordinary schedule |
A request sent to the wrong column cannot be actioned, which is why this table exists rather than a single contact line.
The split is not an administrative detail; it is the single most useful thing on this page. A person asking this desk to delete their order is asking for something it has no access to, and a person asking the order desk to correct a page is asking people who cannot edit one.
The rule of thumb that covers every row above: if money or a parcel is involved, the record is the seller's and the route is the telephone. If it is something you typed into a box on this website, the record is here and the route is email.
