SodaSlim medical disclaimer

Last updated: 1 September 2026 · Reviewed by the SodaSlim Editorial Team

This page sets out the limits of everything published on this website about SodaSlim. Read it before you act on anything here, and treat it as the governing document if any other page seems to say something broader.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We are an independent editorial publisher, not doctors, and we have never examined you. If you are deciding whether SodaSlim is safe for you, that decision belongs with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history and your medications.

FDA status

These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. SodaSlim is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease — including obesity. Where the product carries “FDA registered” or “GMP certified” marks, those describe the manufacturing facility and its procedures, never FDA approval of the product itself.

The caffeine caution, stated plainly

Each SodaSlim capsule contains 138 mg of caffeine anhydrous, roughly one strong cup of coffee, plus the small amount carried naturally by the green tea and green coffee extracts. Caffeine at this level can raise heart rate and blood pressure, disturb sleep and worsen anxiety in people who are sensitive to it. Count the capsule toward your daily caffeine intake.

Who should not take it

  • Anyone under 18 years of age.
  • Anyone who is pregnant or nursing.
  • Anyone sensitive to caffeine, or already at their limit from coffee, tea or energy drinks.
  • Anyone managing high blood pressure, a heart condition, an anxiety disorder or any other medical condition — without speaking to a doctor first.
  • Anyone taking prescription medication: caffeine and garcinia can interact with several drug classes.

Stop taking the product and seek advice if you experience a racing heart, chest pain, severe headache, persistent insomnia or any unexpected reaction.

Evidence and results

No clinical trial has been published on the finished SodaSlim formula. The research we cite covers the individual ingredients, which is a weaker and more selective claim, and two of the five actives — raspberry ketone and the 130 mg garcinia dose — have little or no supporting human evidence at that amount. No supplement replaces a calorie deficit. Individual results vary and are never guaranteed.

Affiliate disclosure

We earn a commission if you buy through the links on this site, at no additional cost to you (FTC 16 CFR Part 255). That relationship is exactly why we publish the limitations above rather than only the claims. See our funding disclosure and our terms & conditions.
